Needed to get a battery replaced in my Galaxy S7. Replaced the battery in a timely fashion but found that the wireless charging was not working along with no sound at all. Returned to the store and informed them what was happening. I was immediately told, no problem, I will fix it. Returned 45 mins later with everything working and no additional charge.
